Very clean, breakfast was surprisingly good, staff attentive and professional. Also, right next to hotel was a fantastic Italian Tapas bar & restaurant, a hidden gem! Lovely place, highly recommended."

"This is very basic accommodation near the airport. Pros: Property is clean and the owner is friendly and helpful. He arranged a very early shuttle for me that arrived exactly on time. Cons: There really isn’t much to see or do in the area. It’s probably only appropriate for someone flying out early in the morning. The walls are thin and you hear everything in the hall and next door. "

"Great location easy walking to Rialto Bridge and St. Marks square. Many restaurants and Pastries nearby. Arrival by train: take the Public Water Bus in front of the train station to the Rialto stop. A very short walk from there with minimal bridges with stairs to climb with luggage. Private Taxi boats are very expensive. "

"It was a fantastic location, right near the square. However this did mean some noise from outside until about midnight. Walls also seemed quite thin in the hotel and unfortunately had some noisy neighbours. Pavel and staff were very welcoming and helpful."

"The triple room that we stayed was spacious, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. A very good spot to stay as everything is walkable."

"Location of the hotel is perfect if arriving by train. 5 minute walk from station. Central to everything you need..restaurants, shopping, tours etc. 5-15 min walk from all the major sights. Room was small but clean and AC worked great. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and helped us with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Venice in the near future. "

"One thing I would suggest is not to have any suitcases with you if you are on secon floor...Dark hallways narrow impossible with suitcase."

"Beautiful property and perfect location but no elevator and we were on 4th floor. Just a warning about no elevator. Otherwise great hotel. "

"Very close to the train station and off the Main Street with plenty of dining options . The only thing I can say negative is they will only give you one key card. I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient. "

"The room conditions were meh at best. The door wasn’t able to be opened from the inside without the key. Meaning if you took the key with you and someone was still inside the room, they would be locked in even if the door itself wasn’t locked. Check in was done at the hotel next door which wasn’t a problem. The staff next door was nice though. If I was able to open the door without a key from the inside I’d give it a 3/5. Cheap room. Wasn’t able to use the TV, view was blocked by the platform...
