"A solid choice if you want to live comfortably in Midtown. Room was good, updated, and relatively clean. Don’t expect too much if you choose a room with ”city view”. The staff was helpful, especially the bag personel. Breakfast was pretty average and not something I would pay extra for. Overall a good stay."

"Location was close to subway. Clean . Minimal type place ..staff was nice"

"I regret staying here. It’s so loud outside at night. I woke up 3-5 times per night because the walls block absolutely none of the noise. It’s also in an industrial area with nothing to offer (except noise). The hairdryers don’t blow hot air. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned all week. "No parking and location is not nice."

"The hotel has no parking of its own. Have to find it on the street. The elevator, does not feel safe, makes noises. They only have one elevator, takes forever going up and down. Dirty. Bathroom was decent could have been better, the shower curtain had mold all over it. Digusting. Dusty. The ice machine was...

"This was the worst experience staying at the L Hotel. Breakfast was terrible. The designated restaurant staff member was uncooperative."

"Loved being close to the pier"

"The space itself was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. I am not a huge fan of the Times Square area, so keep that in mind when booking if you prefer a more quiet neighborhood. The staff was all very nice, towels, bedding, and bathroom were all clean! They also let you check your bags early, which was amazing and allows you to check out the city before your check in time!"
