"Overall very clean hotel - you can definitely tell the age but they keep it in good shape. Plenty of parking, though keep in mind it's $10 extra per night. Nice location but fairly desolated on weekends/evening because of the unnecessary surplus of parking in the downtown core. I was very happy with the stay and I would suggest to those wanting to be in a central part of Edmonton with plenty of public transportation options. "

"The renovations they done to the hotel are fantastic breakfast is decent if I was to say anything needs fixing up would be the pool both times we have been over the last few years the hot tub wasnt working. Honestly one of the nicest hotels to stay at in Edmonton "

"Tidy and clean… near good coffee shops and diners. However, staff handling checking in should have been more calm, polite and patient. When was reaching into my bags to find my ID and credit card, there is no need to keep urging the guest to do so. This shows lack of patience and professionalism. Staff should speak slowly, sentence by sentence, and wait for the guest to reply before asking the next question. There were no long line up behind me, and there is no need to rush me."
