I do not recommend this hotel based on my 4-night stay.
I chose this hotel for its location across the mall, but the overall experience was disappointing. During check-in, I witnessed front desk staff (Odessa) speaking to a guest in an unprofessional manner. During my own check-in, little to no information was provided about the stay or amenities.
The shower drain was clogged and was not repaired promptly. We were woken by loud noise at 3:00 AM on the first night and again at 4:30 AM the following night. When I reported the second disturbance, the overnight staff (Arra) was hesitant to inspect the room and instructed me to unplug the refrigerator myself instead of resolving the issue professionally.
Parking is available but was full. Front desk staff advised parking on the side of the hotel; however, this area was clearly marked as private property with no overnight parking. This left only paid underground parking at $10 CAD per night.
Only two sets of toiletries were initially provided for a 4-night stay, and requesting additional items was handled poorly. No management followed up, apologized, or offered any resolution.
I reported this stay to Expedia. The hotel later claimed I was offered a room transfer, which is not true. The hotel’s representative (Patricia) informed Expedia that no compensation would be provided despite the inconvenience.
Breakfast was acceptable but basic. Overall, poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service.
