"You needed to park, enter the building and the loft to get a fob to get into the parking garage. You needed to do that in reverse to get out and leave the fob in the apartment. A bit clunky and time consuming and would be difficult if there was no free parking spots in the alleyway. Construction in front of the building meant parking was very limited to stop and enter the building. All good otherwise."

"Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy."

"So clean and comfortable feels like home ."

"Getting buzzed in through the front door was easy, but getting buzzed through the second door proved a challenge. Not sure if I was buzzed in by the owner or if it was just someone else walking past that let me through"

"It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton"

"The room was super clean and nice, and the hosts were super, super nice. They made my stay excellent. It is very close to the most vital parts of downtown, so the location is excellent. Highly recommend!"

"A perfect place for a couples stay! The location is perfect to enjoyed DT Edmonton and lots of good food within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check out was smooth and the owner is super friendly and replies within an hour if you have any questions or needed anything at all. Will definitely book with Gerardo again!"

"This property is in a beautiful, safe area that is most enjoyable to walk around and enjoy the large trees and beautiful homes. The property was very clean. The bedrooms are very bright, but other than that it was good value for the price."

"Nice clean place. Beds are good. Upstairs provides a little bit of noise but understandable as it’s a basement suite."

"The apartment was moderately clean when we arrived. The pick up of the key and fob 2 km away was not convenient. Parking around back in the garage was a challenge at first but once we figure it out with its location and fob it was great to have a secure place to park for the stay. The location was great. Portable AC units were on and cooling the place when we arrived which was perfect for the very warm stay in July. There were several restaurants in walking distance and the building was secure."

"Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again."
