"This small house has lovely views over Looe and is a good base for exploring the area. The house though wouldn’t suit everyone. Access to the house is via a steep narrow staircase. The main bed is comfortable. The bunk though would probably only suit children. Certainly it would not suit someone who is heavy or tall. The house is quite well kitted out but anyone staying for any length of time would likely need to buy things like shampoo and soap. All we got were three small sachets for three...

"Booked a twin room , this was at the front of the building . The room was very pleasant, clean and smartly decorated and comfortably furnished. The beds , linen and pillows all excellent. Unfortunately it was a very hot day and night and to attempt to cool the room we had to open the sash window fully which allowed in the smoke and conversation from the pavement tables below .
