"Good Stay And Nice Breakfast As Well."

"Property was basically well maintained-lobby, dining area and my room was clean. Bedding was nice and the mattress was very comfortable.The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel has a very convenient location near the Charlotte Airport. The only disappointing feature was the bath hair dryer blew up and caught on fire. Housekeeping promptly brought a portable hair dryer, which sadly did not work. Overall, it was a good experience and i would stay there...

"The stay wad good, but I was a little upset, that the site said they did offer shuttles and the did not have one to take me to the airport. I had to pay an extra $50 for an uber. Which I was trying to avoid by staying at a hotel with a shuttle. Other then that the stay was fine."

"Basic, no frills, but clean, comfy & safe feeling. Appreciated the unexpected free upgrade to a King Suite. Close proximity to PNC Music Pavilion, which was why were there. Didn't use the pool area because of timing, but I often choose hotels taking their pool area into consideration & I would have been disappointed if I had booked this hotel for the pool area. Tiny pool at the back of the hotel. Pool area just seemed kind of gloomy-ish overall. Free basic continental breakfast was edible, but...

"I recently had brain surgery and got stranded in Charlotte because I couldn’t fly due to my condition and had to make a last-minute stay here at the comfort suites. Everyone has been wonderful and it was an excellent stay under the circumstances. I was allowed late check out to find transportation as well. The breakfast was delicious. "
