"No air conditioning .. hot weather .. did not clean the room 3 days booked .. did not change the towels .. transportation 20 minutes walk .. There is an excellent mall close by walk .. Reception is not practical .. The room is spacious"

"very small room, but good value. easy walking distance from metro, close to Montparnasses train station. Room was clean, the beds comfortable, The room was unpleasantly hot, and the windows wouldnt open, We ran the fan all night, but it didnt make a lot of difference and was quite noisy. Overall I would recommned if you want a cheap nights sleep."

"Good parking is paid though"

"Receptionist was not friendly. No elevator. Cash only for local taxes upon arrival!"

"Great budget place. Right next to tram station. Amenities presence would have n"

"Location was convenient to access public transportation."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to haul all our luggage up the stairs to the top floor, only to find out that our room wasn’t ready. We went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk, who kindly gave us a room on a lower level. This meant hauling all our luggage back down the stairs again. Despite the inconvenience, the room was fairly quiet, and we had a good stay overall. No other issues, and we appreciated the great service...

"Todo bien"

"Bedbugs. It was horrible. Bedbug bites head to toe. On inspection the bed was crawling with bed bugs. The place should be condemned. The floor was filthy as well. Stairwells stink. Avoid this place at all costs."
