This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered in Paris. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. I arrived at approximately 3:00 PM, expecting to check in, but there was no one available at reception to assist me. The hotel appeared to rely on a self-service check-in kiosk, but unfortunately, the kiosk was not working either. I waited and tried to get assistance, but I was never successfully checked in. To make matters worse, there was no functioning air conditioning, which made the situation even more unacceptable. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave the property without ever checking in and book another hotel in Paris at my own expense. After traveling and arriving with the expectation of having a safe, comfortable place to stay, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. A hotel should have a reliable check-in process and someone available to assist guests when the automated system fails. Guests should not be left stranded without access to the room they reserved and paid for. My experience was a complete disaster from beginning to end. Based on what I personally experienced, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers.

Unsanitary and uncomfortable stay. When I arrived, the room was clearly not clean. I found hair in the bed, hair on towels that were supposed to be clean, and noticeable stains on the pillows and blankets. The overall condition of the room was very poor and quite disturbing. The owner told me I would receive a refund, even though I booked through Expedia. However, after more than a week, I was later informed that the refund was refused. This was very frustrating, as what I was told was not followed through. I would not recommend this place.

I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to haul all our luggage up the stairs to the top floor, only to find out that our room wasn’t ready. We went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk, who kindly gave us a room on a lower level. This meant hauling all our luggage back down the stairs again. Despite the inconvenience, the room was fairly quiet, and we had a good stay overall. No other issues, and we appreciated the great service from the staff!
