"The property is located on a one-way road with poor signage. It was extremely difficult for us to find it in the dark and when we arrived at about 9 PM the office was closed. We had to call the who then alerted the on-site manager that we were there to rent a room. When we finally got a room it had not been cleaned from the night before. The manager did upgrade us to the Executive Suite which looked much like the regular room we entered earlier."
