"Friendly staff, clean rooms and overall good experience."

"The hotel and room was decently maintained and clean, room was spacious. Location was convenient and plenty of parking. My only complaint was the bed seemed older, pretty firm, the edges were kinda stiff but it was decent sleep. I would stay here again"

"Dirty old not what I expected"

"The staff were great and very helpful, but that is the only good thing. Honestly this place is really shady. Everything feels dirty and outdated. There’s an odd smell. There’s definitely no sanitization. The shuttle worker asked my 1 year old to keep it down after having travelled for 20 hours? And they let any random strangers on the shuttle without any verification of stay at the hotel. The lady came on was definitely not stable. WOULD NOT recommend this place AT ALL."

"Great location in the heart of town and walkable distance to the harbor. The room was very large with plenty of space. Although small, the balcony was a nice touch."

"The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Can’t say enough about the staff working the breakfast, they were constantly keeping food items stocked and keeping the tables clean. The breakfast selections were better than most hotels we have stayed at. The location was perfect as it offers lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance."

"Stayed here for two nights. Staff amazing, so helpful to a person of the older years travelling on their own. Thought it would be full of young back packers but NO it was all ages. Meet lots of interesting people. thanks to the young man who carried my case up 3 flights of stairs. and the one who carried it down lol. clean, well looked after very good rate for two nights. would not go back to the one I stayed in on arrival in Vancouver. it needs to come look around this place and get...
