"The owner Claudio went out his way to make our stay the best, with great recommendations on restaurants, and due to a rail strike he helped with finding us alternative transportation to Naples so we wouldn’t miss our train to Rome. The location is perfect within the town center making everything an easy walk. The rooms are very clean with maid service every day. "

"Street location was very sketchy. Noisy! We saw rats on street on 2 occasions. Had to pay for elevator. We had luggage. Room /sheets were old & we were unsure of cleanliness."

"Central location. The ruins, restaurants, and train station are minutes away on foot. The accommodations are spartan. For example, no shower curtain and only one faucet can be open at a time. We stayed here because we planned to stay out all day late so it was perfect. "

"The hotel is in the heart of Naples near the best pizza restaurant, Trianon Del Ciro. The room is not fancy nor does it need to be. It has all that is needed for a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily, hotel staff are friendly, caring and helpful guides. We quite enjoyed the location and will likely return."
