"Property is very clean and very well-maintained. Staff are friendly. Kitchen, rooms, restrooms, common areas are well-kept. The rooms are closed shut and I could hardly hear any noise even when at one point there were students staying in the house. My main concern was safety and this hostel exceeded my expectations. Guests during my stays were amicable, kept to themselves and are professionals. They also have space for parking. Will definitely choose this place every time I'm in Sac."

"I was not charged my booking price! Beware as it was stated to me by a Whole Family staff member that bookings for multiple beds/ guests isn’t an option, even though that’s what my booking confirmation said. So I ended up paying nearly $286 even though my booking price with Orbitz was $215.46. Orbitz customer service said I had to go through the Whole Family rep and the rep from Whole Family said I had to take it up with Orbitz. I won’t be staying here or booking with Orbitz EVER AGAIN. "
