"It's very run down and essentially Motel 6 status. Paint on wall and ceilings is cracked and stained. The chair in the corner or my room was extremely stained and when we moved it behind/under it is filthy. It needs a good scrubbing and some fresh paint. Staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was ok and offered hot options. At the end of the day it was cheap and very convenient for access to Sutter Medical."

"Some of the friendliest hotel staff I've seen,v and the place was excellent except for one thing. When we went into the bathroom for the first time in our room there was a slight smell of sewage. We turned on the bathroom.exhaust fan and ran the shower flushed the toilet and closed the door. We went out for lunch and by the time we came back it was fine. The staff of the hotel were some of the friendliest I've ever seen at a hotel. I'd go back there in a heartbeat."

"The place was quiet and spacious. It is across from the hospital so parking is bit lacking. There is free parking on site but it limited. But tell the front office and they will find a way for you to park. Breakfast offerings need help. Just yogurt and bread. 10 minute drive from downtown Sacramento. It close to channel 24 if you drive. "

"A fully equipped cottage, clean and pleasant. On a nice, quiet street. Very strategically located. It was exactly what we needed for these much-needed days of r&r. "
