"We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. "The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! "Hotel is conveniently located a couple of blocks from Av. da Liberdade and a 15 minute walk to Barrio Alto. Staff is super friendly, property is clean and well maintained, only negative is that the walls are very thin and noise can be transmitted from room to room, but that’s only an issue if you have noisy neighbors. Overall it’s a great value for your money."
"Sweet staff. Clean place with a good view if your room.faces the front of the hotel. The neighborhood seems a bit rough. there was a lot of yelling and homeless people fighting til like 3-4 in the morning every day. But the back side of the hotel is towards the touristy area and is quieter. overall good location for tourism."
