"Was looking for a clean business hotel before a flight out in the morning. The room was spacious and bed was comfy but the entrance room was dusty and there were some stains on the wall. The dust made me itchy."

"Excellent location right on the bus line. Close to Wakayama Station and right across the street from the castle. Pay for a room on the castle side. It is worth it for the beautiful view. The rooms are very spacious, service is excellent, the entire property is well maintained and spotless. Even the self-serve laundry is great!"
