Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them. I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.

I loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. Honestly if i come back to Osaka i would stay here again.

The beds are rock hard and the room layout is not ideal for a larger family (4+). The staff were either very friendly or VERY terse and rude, and it was more often the latter. If you like shopping, it’s next to a very big outlet mall. That’s not a draw for me, so it doesn’t merit a higher rating. The walk to the station is 15 minutes, so be prepared for that.

Wonderful arrangement

My 80+ father-in-law was not able to stand into the bath tub to have shower. After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges. Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much. Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku.

Rasy access to Osaka KIX airport. We took early flight and called Uber to the airport. Reliable service. The bonus is outlet mall just 5 minutes walk. Definitely will stay here again

The quality is good for the price, but it is far away from the train station, but it is right beside the outlet mall. If they have charged shuttle bus, it will be very nice.

This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station.The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use. Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud and clear 😅

The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

The air conditioner was not working properly. BUT the front desk brought up a portable AC, which was very nice of him. The shower had no place to put a towel. The mats for sleeping were and even when doubled up, the sleeping surface was still hard. Staff is very nice
