"the tv and or remote didnt work , being self check in there is no one to report this to, at first hard to enter building untill you work out how to use code keypad at front door enterence, others also had same problem clean and tidy, very close to station and no noise, many close by restruants"

I really only went there on my way somewhere else. My flight arrived late at night and I didn't want to attempt to negotiate Uehonmachi station that late.

The booking reference was not appear at their system , they took too long for me to wait for just for check in. My booking was inclusive of breakfast , I was questioned and stopped because I do not have breakfast coupon, their system is bad.
