"What is unique is its physical location to the ocean. The property is on the land side affording me a spectacular view of sunrise. I was on floor 2 with another floor above mine. The property itself is thoughtfully laid out & embellished seasonally. It is a large complex. I would imagine maintenance as well as updating is a constant pressure & motivation for the owners to keep up with the times."

"The rooms are nice and well kept, although they could use a microwave in the rooms. There is no elevator so for someone older like me it is a bit of a climb to the third floor, especially with luggage. I was surprised the stairwells not lit other than with natural light, which was a bit difficult when I went out before light. The 'free breakfast" is really just a few pastries and coffee set up in the garage area, so not really that much. The setting a view is beautiful as you are right on the ocean. I would go back again, even with the slight inconveniences listed."

The house was beautiful, spotless, and brand new, with every single thing you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. When I accidentally locked myself out of the house, he came right over to help us get back in. His kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help were truly appreciated.I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property or Scott as a host.
