As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important. They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I don’t know yet because I could not see"
