"The room is a bit small but it was good for a couple that just landed in Osaka. Room was clean and a very good location."

"Once again you had to use a step stool to get into the bathroom….major trip hazard . The room was your typical small room for 2 people which was expected. My main problem was the lack of communication between the desk staff and me . Lack of English was a major issue. Even with Google translator it was still very difficult. Totally surprised that with international travellers, that the staff couldn’t communicate with the English language very well ."

"I was very happy with my stay! The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect and easy to find, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were especially helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that the air vents in the room were quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and assistance"
