We had a wonderful day at this property. The room and the view were spectacular. We really enjoyed the weekend brunch, which had an incredible amount of food that was high quality. The staff were incredibly accommodating and they arranged a fantastic visit to the terra-cotta warriors. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet dinner offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Its a lush and beautiful hotel. The room was wonderful, nice beds and the lightning system was simply impressive! Bathroom was also something else! Pool, spa all well kept and luxurious. The check in was quick and in the room (not in the frontdesk as usual) which made it feel quite special. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion is to hire more English speaking personnel. When calling frontdesk it was very complicated to understand and would get "my English is not very good" and was transferred to a supervisor. Happened twice. The personnel really seems polite and eager to help, dont get me wrong, but the language barrier makes it difficult. Same at the restaurant, the ladies in the entrance had to go find someone that spoke English. Luckily there is always someone :) . Nora's help with late check out was outstanding, very fast in her response and helped arrange airport pick up. Overall, it was a delightful stay, I would stay again without a doubt
