We visited the Muslim Quarter, walked on the wall, hiked at Huashan, and spent a day at the Terra-cotta Army Museum. Also visited the Bell and Drum Towers and the Taoist Temple. The neighborhood around the Temple was very hip. English was limited.

My first time in China in this decade. I must say Xi'an is really advanced, in terms of payment, transportation etc. Lively city, people dressing up in ancient costumes, it's better if you speak some Mandarin.

"This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. "
