It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

The buffet breakfast is great with a lot of food selections. They replenish the food very often and the. The serving staff and station chefs are friendly and helpful. Duty manager, Jerry zheng, is very helpful with dealing with the room matter. He resolved the room matter quickly, so we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. "
