"We visited the hotel during a busy period and getting in required going through security. It was a fairly quick process however. We also had an issue with housekeeping not doing a great job making up our room. The bed would be lumpy and on one occasion it was made over a bathrobe instead of moving the bathrobe to make the bed. I told Tom the front desk staff and they were great. They really tried to rectify the situation and make sure we were happy/comfortable even though it really wasn’t their fault."

The luggage storage is straightforward and secure too. Didn’t have time to try the food this time. We look forward to staying there when we visit Beijing in the future. "
