"I have stayed at this hotel so many times I've lost count. It was always my go-to hotel so I even did so while I lived in NY and had to stay overnight for business. That was then!
Unfortunately, my visit this week will be my last. The hotel is tired and worn and dirty. My first room (1065) looked like a Motel 6, if that. There was a stain on the bedspread; lamp shades were lopsided due to no finials; I had to fight with the drawers to get them into the dresser. Safe was broken or not...

"The staff at Margaritaville Resorts Times Square was superb. Every single staff member from the Front Desk personnel to the cleaning staff to the servers were superb. What impressed us most was their level of professionalism for such a young group. They all helped make our stay very enjoyable!"

"Staff were very helpful. Room and vibe were fun and water pressure was amazing!! We could barely sleep though because the room was 80 degrees and the AC seemed to barely work/broken"

"Great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Edgar was especially helpful throughout our visit. The room was spacious by NYC standards and very clean. There was some noise from construction outside, but that was no fault of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend earplugs for sleeping if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again."

"Friendly staff at the front desk… check in and check out went very smooth and seamless.
Barbara at thr front desk was very warm and kind. Made me feel at home.
Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great!
