"We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again."

"not what you expected. When arriving there was a kiosk machine to greet you. But I was lucky there was someone there to assist me. The buildings and the map was so confusing to get to your room. Not only did we notice that there was no elevator to the second floor. which sucks having an infant. the bed were so uncomfortable and horrible to sleep in. there was no hot breakfast at all. just cold milk, cornflakes, & fruits! not what u paid for all at! more like a $100 or less hotel, definitely not no $200+ AT ALL!!!!"

"We had 3 reservations. Before we even got to the property, 2 of our parties were being charged for the room, room service and incidentals. When we quesioned it they stated they accidentally checked in other people with the same last name to our rooms. They would refund the money but it would take 3-5 days, and then we had to pay still put out money for our rooms. 2 people had to double pay for the weekend because of their error. They only offered to comp 1 party their parking, the othet nothing was offered"

"The lobby and breakfast area was nicely maintained. We appreciated the fresh fruit, cookies and ice water always available in the lobby. The breakfast was decent and liked that they provided trays to take food to room. The bedroom was clean however the hallway carpets were dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed over the three days we were there. The beds were very soft and pillows were too high—no other options available. The blackout curtains were disgustingly dirty. Almost looked moldy and corroding. Very gross. Appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice to have a pool and jacuzzi however they were filthy with debris. It had been windy before we arrived but it looked like it was not cleaned frequently. Finally, the front desk staff was rarely in attendance. Nice when we did interact but usually there was nobody at the desk. Didn’t seem very secure. They could not store our baggage upon early arrival and wouldn’t give us a room unless we paid extra. It is a very budget hotel so I guess we got what we paid for."
