"The building was fair but aged. The Jacuzzi in my room was not usable. I’m pretty sure there are a code issues with this room with electrical outlets and that’s why the Jacuzzi was not available. Also, I have never seen a shower built a shower tile directly to the drywall. I am a contractor myself so for the most part it was a mediocre experience, but the people at the red shirt were accommodating"

"Sink didnt drain, knats in bathroom, shower water hot then cold, sheets yellow stained and oil stained as well as bedspread. Front desk very kind. Gave new sheets and blanket and offered another room. Both rooms had no filter in the a/c unit. Bugs came thru mine. The shower door was scary dirty with black stuck on gunk and rust and perling paint on shower door. The walkways had oil n gum n gunk all throught as i walked back n forth from my room to get help. "

"After another hotel & Expedia botched our reservation, Residence Inn had a room available & got us quickly & seamlessly checked in. The staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. Great breakfast included, clean rooms & good size; overall nice stay."
