"I've stayed at the Metropolitan swveral times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. I have never had the breakfast, but the reataurant has very good food, and LOVE the Vault! Great atmosphere and the drinks are always very, very good!"

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."

"The staff here is noting but fantastic. Weve stayed hwre twice in the past 3 months. Both times were great. We come up from wayne county ohio to watch cleveland sports. This location is nice as its walking discrance from rocket arena and progressive field. 4th street isnt too far of a walk either. We had a small issue with our room on our 2nd stay. We talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. 10 out of 10 very happy."

"Stone Gables Inn is a gem close to downtown Cleveland. Cute, quaint, quiet, clean, cozy and classic old school vibe. Stayed in the Damon room, and was pleased with the electric fireplace to keep the room cozy on a cold winter day. Comfortable queen bed and down comforter kept us nice and warm. We had a great night sleep. Hope to come back and stay again soon. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Excellent pre-check in communications, clear, precise, and very easy. Thanks"
