The room was great. There was a full-size fridge and plenty of space. We got the king-size room with a pullout sofa for a party of three. However, when we pulled out the pullout sofa, we noticed a pair of sweatpants that did not belong to anybody that was in our party. So that made us cringe a little. The second day of our stay the light switches did not want to work. The only light that worked was the bathroom. To get our room we had to go up one floor in the elevator, then walk down a long hallway to take another elevator. They say to follow the arrows, but it was still confusing and needs better signage.

Staff was amazing especially at the front desk even though check in time was 4pm and we didn't get in our room until almost 8pm (we were there at 5pm) due to room service issues. This is my number one pic to stay at! I will choose no other as I used to be a customer of hotel Indigo. Terrible there! Residence you are treated like a queen. Everyone is so nice and never rude. Rooms are great, breakfast is free.
