"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"The Hampton In. Is my ‘go to’ hotel. I always stay at one because I can rely on it to be clean, courteous and comfortable!"

"The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."
