"We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor."

"They made us pay $25 for a movie. Even a movie from 30 years ago. No smart tvs where I could watch movies I already paid for. No trash cans in game room. Only a night stand between the beds, so person sleeping on outside has no nightstand for water or phone. Only free coffee no fruit. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. "

"It was a nice apartment for the low cost. The oven set off the smoke alarm after barely being used at all----I think something was burnt on the bottom, or it needed cleaning. The apartment was quite tidy and clean, but I could detect a slightly odd smell. I thought there was a bathtub, but the stopper wouldn't work, so I guess it was meant to be more of a handicapped shower----hot water lasted forever, so that was nice. The vibe was spot-on, and we were definitely in the middle of downtown Winston-Salem's art and music scene. We went to a great bar and grill close by."

"This property was in a great location close to everything downtown. The building was secure and safe and the unit was spacious and clean. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Winston-Salem. "
