"The property is located in a beautiful riverside setting surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the property. The entrance doors were badly worn and scratched, with no sign of even basic maintenance such as repainting. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were met with a strong smell of oriental spices that was very unpleasant.
