First, we were upgraded to a King room/Blue Room at the Charter House. It was beautiful! Freshly redone with the the new smell still in the air. Space was spotless with fluffy towels, comfortable king bed, great pillows.

We were happy to find last-minute availability. The space was clean, neat, cute. We also appreciated the large bath, & heated floorboards in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to finally fall into bed, only to discover the lumpiest pillow & mattress we ever felt. Luckily I found a spare pillow in the closet that was ok. The bad shape of the mattress was really strange. On top of that, there was a strong unpleasant air freshener scent that kept me up as it just filled every breath I took & consumed my thoughts for awhile, & we opened the windows & BR door to help ventilate, & fell asleep & awoke to trains next door, which is to be expected.

The room I had 20 faced the trains which shake you awake almost every hour all night Then at 5am the trash people come with a giant truck and start loading and unloading the trash. I think I got about two hours of sleep. It’s not right that guests are not warned about the noise, especially in the front facing rooms. it’s really bad.

We stayed here overnight so that we could hit up Daryl's House for dinner and a concert. The inn is very well maintained, the room was very comfortable and not clean but immaculate! One of the best we have stayed at in years. If we come back to the area will stay again.

Il devrait notifier qu'un train de banlieue passe chaque 1h de temps jour et nuit (jusqu'à 11h pm) devant l'immeuble La chambre est si petite qu'elle n'a pas d'espace de rangement pour les habits (sauf des tiroirs) J'ai dû demander un micro onde pour réchauffer qq chose, il y a un petit frigo dans l'espace commun Pas recommandé pour 1 séjour de plus d'une nuit dans une chambre aussi exigu Mais il y a des appartements plus grands sauf qu'ils sont encore plus proche des bruits du train

It was convenient for our stay to see live music at Daryls. They have a seamless process to check in, rooms are clean, and convenient to walk around town. We did not like that the water for the shower was only warm and not hot.

Everything was generally good. Station Inn is very nice and clean. The only thing I would say if you’re sensitive to noise, stay somewhere else. Train goes by a lot with the horn and the wall HVAC is loud.

The staff was terrible, I understand it is non refundable but atleast have the pictures up for what people are paying for. I basically thought I was getting something comfortable and nice but when I checked in, it was a very small apartment with a little bathroom, when I also paid for a kitchen and there wasn’t. Pls make sure you know what you are paying for, thank you.

We loved that we were in the center of the village in walking distance to restaurants . We loved the free parking in front of the Inn. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the area was so quiet we slept so well. The soaking tub was amazing. If you have trouble figuring it out as I did just ask housekeeping to show you how to switch from shower to tub. The Keurig coffeemaker in the front hall and Starbucks pods were so appreciated. The room was a bit small but we placed our bags under the bed to keep the space more open. We stayed two nights. The housekeeper told us she wasn’t notified that we were a two night stay and our room had not been serviced when we returned from hiking. We decided that could pass since we wanted to relax in our room.
