"First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free)."

"Welcoming staff during our 6 days there every time we entered the doors. Housekeeping was fantastic. Comfortable room and great location. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice location in Notting hill; helpful staff"

"The pictures of the property online are very deceptive. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. Property is dated, staff is exceptional, very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are small, there was a tub to climb into. I will not be staying there again."

"It was a wonderful hotel, the stay was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
