"Staff was excellent. Food in restaurants were very good. Plenty of option and good portions"

"The room was great. There is a breakfast room downstairs which is open all of the time to get coffee and tea etc. We were leaving on a Sunday morning around 8am before breakfast started, but the staff were really helpful and put some food out ready for us (cereal and milk was already out anyway). The pub is lovely next door"

"Staff were helpful and efficient on arrival. Shown to my room which was clean, warm and had all I needed. Only issue was the tv on the wall was rather small. Car parks were available fairly close by."

"Excellent hotel. On site parking a bonus."

"Fresh, clean and continently located. Helpful host."

"Very friendly staff who were very approachable."

"The pub is in a great location for exploring the town. The bar has a nice atmosphere and serves very nice food Lovely breakfast too The bedroom was great Definitely will return"

"Very dated and over priced."

"It was everything we expected and more. Wonderful time in Romsey."

"Very welcoming with helpful and friendly staff. Good and varied dinner menu and a good choice selection of cooked or light breakfast. Location is out of the way down narrow lanes but the pretty village setting is both quiet and peaceful."

"Very fancy, beautifully decorated, and unique hotel. Excellent service, and staff were very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay for post or pre cruise as location is near the harbour. Due to allergies or lung conditions, I would suggest thé elimination of scented diffusers as they were quite overwhelming."

"Stayed to watch the fireworks from the balcony of our room. Kids loved it and the view was amazing."

"Friendly staff. Rooms alittle tired but good value."

"Loved the property, we stayed in the chalet. Facilities are excellent & the buffet breakfast provided was more than ample. Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. Definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Romsey."
