"We were disappointed with our checkout experience. We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on our door, and we had already informed the front desk that we would be checking out at noon.
Despite this, the housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on our door starting around 10:39 a.m. The first time, I explained that the front desk had already been notified of our noon checkout. Unfortunately, this was not respected, and the staff member continued to knock on our door several times, repeatedly telling us that we needed to check out.
In addition, while vacuuming the hallway, the housekeeping staff repeatedly bumped or hit our door from the outside, creating additional noise and disturbance. Between the constant knocking and the noise outside our room, it felt like we were being pressured to leave before our agreed checkout time.
We would have appreciated better communication between the front desk and housekeeping, as well as respect for the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the checkout arrangement that had already been confirmed"
