The hotel staff were so polite and helpful. The room I stayed in was lovely, clean, no issues whatsoever. The hotel facilities are great, I particularly loved the sauna which is completely private and easy to book. If I returned to Rovaniemi I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family. "
