"The hotel was centrally located in a good area close to food and entertainment. We walked to most places we wanted to visit. Staff was very courteous and the l’Occitane personal care products were lovely."

"The location was in the heart of downtown and close to many restaurants. It was nice place to spend the night after exploring Buschart garden and royal BC museum. The staff was very polite and attentive. There was parking shared with a car rental just steps away. The inside of the hotel was nicely updated. The beds are comfortable."

"We were on the 6th floor and enjoyed the rooftop patio. Next time I will try to book earlier to get a unit away from the elevator. The bed was very comfortable. Would stay here rather than a hotel. Our son lives 10 minutes away so was very convenient. Close to everything and nice residential area. Parking and access great."
