"Worst reservation I have ever made. First, I had to request check-in information on day of arrival, then we arrived at location after check-in time at 4 pm. The house had not been cleaned well, the pool was disgusting, and most importantly there were safety issues with at least three electric outlets in common area. Having small grandchildren with us, this was a major concern. I immediately contacted owner with no initial response. Since we had dinner to make and children to get ready for bed, I waited over an hour and then contacted VRBO. Over the course of the next 1.5 hours I had to send numerous pictures of dirty furniture and beds as well as the disrepair. We finally were able to cancel reservation with a refund. This was a horrible experience; it really has me questioning using VRBO in general."
