"The staff prioritizes poorly behaved, noisy regulars over other guests. Employee ‘Chelsea’ is incredibly rude, invasive, and unprofessional. I’d be delighted to speak with a district manager or regional representative to discuss specific comments and actions made by this individual. My room was not clean. The floor was overwhelmingly sticky and the hairs of a past guest dominated the bathtub. This property appears to be going downhill rapidly. I will not be staying again and Chelsea’s biased relationship with regulars should be evaluated along with her lack of professionalism."

"This was our second trip to this home. It is an excellent, well appointed vacation rental. The neighborhood remains quiet and safe. The hosts are exceptional; excellent communication. The pictures are accurate. We had a great, stress free vacation. "

"The house was even nicer than the pics. Very spacious and nicely decorated, also well stocked with toiletries. Good communication with host as well. Neighborhood was ok, nice and quiet. The one negative was the 3rd “bedroom.” This is literally a room built in the garage (no windows). It’s nicely decorated, but worth mentioning. The other two bedrooms were great though. "
