New Contemporary Studio Escape

Unwind in this brand-new, self-contained studio in one of Wanaka’s newest neighbourhoods. Designed with two guests in mind, the space features a queen bed, comfortable sofa, dining area, kitchenette, and a modern bathroom.

Settle in with a rotating Smart TV you can enjoy from either the bed or the sofa, and relax in a calm, comfortable interior finished in soft tones and contemporary style. Wanaka township, the lakefront, cafés, That Wanaka Tree, and scenic walking trails are all just a short drive away.

The studio is connected to the main house, yet offers its own private entrance and full private access.

Please note: This is a developing neighbourhood, and construction on nearby sections may occur Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm. Noise levels can vary throughout the day.

Starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

~ Guest Verification & Guest Portal ~

All guests must complete our verification process prior to arrival via our SuiteOp guest portal. The portal includes property information, check-in and check-out details, house rules, and local Wanaka recommendations.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to respect our neighbours, the following house rules must be followed at all times.

No loud noise after 10:00 pm
As the property is located in a residential area, all outdoor noise must cease after 10:00 pm. Neighbours have been asked to report any disturbances. If you feel this may be difficult to comply with, this property may not be suitable for your stay.

Minimum age requirement
The minimum age for the primary guest making the booking is 20 years old. The primary guest must stay at the property for the full duration of the booking and may be required to provide valid photo ID upon request.
New Year`s bookings: For bookings that include New Year`s Eve (31 December), the minimum age requirement for the primary guest is 25 years old.

No parties without prior approval
Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted unless approved by Lakeview Properties in advance. Any unauthorised event may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Approved gatherings may incur additional guest fees.

Check-out time – 10:00 am
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

No smoking inside
Smoking and vaping, including the use of recreational drugs, are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Property condition on departure
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning beyond the standard cleaning service will be charged at $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported promptly and may incur repair or replacement costs.

Board games (if applicable)
Please return all board games and pieces to their original boxes before departure. A $60 fee will apply if reassembly or sorting is required by cleaners.

BBQ use (if applicable)
The BBQ and all utensils must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Agreement
By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to comply with these house rules and any additional property-specific requirements provided before or during your stay.
