"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."

"There is no one at the front desk after 6 pm Sunday or 8 pm weekdays and the desk is shuttered. The hotel is poorly designed, no carpet it rooms so noisy. Hidden fees and inconvenience everywhere for an expensive hotel. It is clean."

"I can overlook the chipped paint, the sketchy elevator, but what I can’t get over is the rude staff. You could tell that they didn’t want to deal with people! Check in was blunt, short and not welcoming at all. Then an employee yelled at my kiddos for running up the stairs even though I was with them the whole time. I will not be returning to this hotel. And for what it’s worth we come to this area EVERY year!"
