"I pleaded during the time I stayed here with following: Shuttle bus is convenient and free for guests. Staff is helpful and cheerful Bar is outstanding with food and drinks. I had more than 2 dinners with fine and delicious dishes."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again."

"Every thing was great apart from other patrons banging and running around late into the night while trying to to sleep. Great Breakfast good variety room was clean with everything you need. Well positioned to the airport."

"Super handy to Due Drop Events Centre and short bus trip to Manakau station where you can transfer to plenty of bus options and the east west train line. The location is the main upside, good for somewhere to lay your head at the end of the day, in our case we found at that point there was no hand towel in bathroom, small towels, drain cover broken off (and has been for a while by the looks of it) and no remote for the TV."

"This would be my third stay here. Unfortunately this experience was not the same as previous. Check-in staff was lovely except the other (who I can only assume to be the manager or senior to the check-in staff) was obnoxious to say the least. I had raised a query that the exhaust fan was not working, The check-in staff attempted to get some more info and genuinely listened and then sought guidance with the other staff (obnoxious one) who just over-talked to the both of us saying it works...

"The bed was comfortable, and we had a reasonable as we had just a overnight stay. However, the hotel is looking quite tired and run down and could really do with some TLC and updating. With a little more attention to maintenance and presentation, it could be a much nicer place to stay."

"Loved everything about the room and staff was great. There were some inconsiderate guests who were talking and laughing outside around midnight, but they were silenced fairly quickly"

"Laundry machines were loud, otherwise excellent stay"

"Proximity apartments are very close to the Manukau Westfield mall so very handy for public transport to the city or hospital (in our case for visiting nearby relatives) and walkable to shops and restaurants. The Studio suite was small (as expected) but adequate with a small table for two and a kitchenette that does include hotplates and oven. The balcony is enclosed with partially openable windows. Free wifi is included. We paid $14 per day to park in the secure undercover carpark which is very...

"We just stayed 2 nights over a busy weekend. The place was on an easy reach to Due Drop event center, very clean, with lovely bedding and comfy big bed, new bathroom and heaps of hot water. There is also a kitchenette that we did not use but it is in the area with not too many near by eateries - so get organized for food in time!"

"الفدق جميل ونظيف لكن حجزي عبر الموقع كان مختلف عن الواقع اخترت غرفه بمطبخ تفاجئت بإعطائي غرفه بدون مطبخ ومن ثم تم التغير بمبلغ آخر"

"The balcony is really nice. The toilet door doesn’t shut. Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done. Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay."
