"A huge shout out for Mia, When I arrived at the hotel, I was tired, stressed and very upset and Mia made everything easy for my check in. I really enjoyed relaxing in the deep bathtub and letting go of some of the stress. All staff smiley and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean but looks a little tired. Great placement for airport but if you have an early check in beware ,the first shuttle is 3am!"

"We had a very good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport after a long day of travelling. We arrived after 1 am due to a delayed flight, but there were still staff available to greet us and check us in, which was much appreciated. The reception area, hotel and room were all exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. They clearly explained the parking charges, how to access our room and how to get to the airport long stay car park. The standout feature for us was the bed. It was large, comfortable and fresh, exactly what you need after a long journey! The only drawback was the limited transport available between the hotel, the airport and the long stay car park, particularly on a Sunday when the options seemed quite restricted. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend the hotel for an overnight stay before or after a flight."
