The bed was horrible, exhaust fan in restroom didn’t work, no extra towels brought to room( waited an hour), some lights didn’t work, carpet was dirty, room layout was horrible, and I can’t emphasize enough the bed was horrible. Woke up early because my back hurt."

"All painted surfaces and furniture in our room chipped and peeling, dirt and mold in corners of bathroom, socks dirty after walking around on floors, very long black hair in bathtub, surfaces felt tacky/sticky to touch. 3 pillows on king size bed, all of them very hard; slept poorly. Door didn't close tightly (but could lock it) and had large visible gap at bottom."

"No parking, have to struggle on the side of the street. Rooms are very small, glad I only stayed one night. Had to change rooms cause tv didn’t work and the sheets were a bit dirty."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable, the pillows however were terrible and the air conditioning sounded like a jet engine we ended up turning it off. The restaurant and bar are a gem, nice food and drinks with a nice view. Close to cruise port with a complimentary shuttle."
