"Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great."

"We had a wonderful 9 days at Barcelo Playa Blanca. It was a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, incredibly clean and rooms were fantastic. This was pretty much the first time we’ve done a half board basis and the value was amazing, saving us a fortune for a family of 6 where we normally spend upwards of £150 a day on food and eating out. So overall a fantastic trip, a superb hotel with great staff, service and amazing facilities. "

"The man on reception couldn't of been anymore helpful, showed me to the room heloed finding me a plug adapter and always had a smile on his face very polite! The hotel is in walking distance of the bus station to acess the island and the beach too! Rooms clean tidy and spacious with bottled water in the fridge Will now always ysebthis"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again."

"Diamond of a hotel at a good price. Lovely pool area, fab sea views, great little friendly bar, supermarket on site who make pizzas for €4.50, the most comfortable queen bed I’ve slept in, new fluffy towels, fab rainfall shower, basic room but all you need. Will be back."

"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. Just note there are mosquitoes in the evenings because of the lush gardens, so bring repellent. "Nice sized apartment we had with a view of the sea and airport. Only 10 mins from the airport so very handy. Nice quiet area with a free shuttle bus to the main town, 4 pubs with in a 5 min walk so a nice quiet relaxing holiday "
