"Wow!!! Absolutely amazing !! I’m so glad I’ve chosen this resort as an all inclusive family vacation. The location is wonderful, straight access to a gorgeous beach ( real sand not volcanic) with cute shops and restaurants on both directions left and right of the beach. The food is soooo good. Loved the restaurants and the variety. No need to reserve at restaurants except for one ( ember grill which was SOOO GOOD) love the pools and if you have kids there is one with slides that is also accessible for adults. For someone who is used to mexicos all inclusive, breakfast buffet didn’t have a huge variety like Mexico but the lunch and dinner beats the one in Mexico honestly! The hotel also organizes excursions and they’re great. What I loved about the resort is the cafe, you go in enjoy coffee, icecream, and desserts anytime from 11-6. I recommend choosing the all inclusive option so you can enjoy unlimited à la carte specially during lunch and dinner. The night vibes are very nice- all guests dress very chic for dinner, followed by entertainment that is also kids friendly. I recommend you walk by the marina at night to explore the cute shops and restos around. Service was amaaazing, wish if I can name each person to thank!! "Amazing villa in a really good location. Supermarket, bars and restaurants were only a 2 minute walk away. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for your stay. The pool was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Great communication from the host. Would 100% recommend."

"An excellent stay at Casa Bella in July/early August 2026. We are a family of 4 with children aged 13 and 10 and this was everything we needed and more. Communication with Shin throughout was very good and he quite obviously cares about your experience of staying.Property is as described, fully equipped, comfy beds. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic, with a sea view from the upstairs balcony, plenty of seating, nice cushions and towels provided for the sunloungers. Very quiet at night.Getting into the property on arrival was straight forward. We also hired a car from Bissaucar which is literally 200metres away and this was by far the most straightforward experience of hiring a car weve ever had and very reasonably priced given the time of year.The Marina is stunning, lots of very good restaurants and about a 20min walk along the lovely coastal path. The main Playa Blanca centre is a bit further of a walk away although we generally drove there during the day and there are a lot of free car parks. The centre is also lovely with everything you'd expect of a main resort centre, lots of good restaurants, shops and bars. The pebbly beach of Los Colorados is 5 mins walk from the property and great to have a stroll to in the mornings. There are also some restaurants close by to the property along with a very good supermarket.We'd highly recommend Casa Bella and would more than happily stay again when visiting Playa Blanca."

"We had a great relaxing vacation at Villa Anna. While the villa is not a luxury villa it had everything we needed. And while some of the villa and furnishings are a bit worn and tired I feel that is reflected in the price. The villa was clean and tidy, the patio is dusty from the volcanic dust. There is a Hippo Dino and an Iceland about ten minutes walk away with an Aldi about seven minutes drive. Marina is a nice walk away, about twenty minutes. The villa had a selection of book available in several languages. The neighborhood is quiet. Communication was good with the owner and management."

"Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's lots of wardrobe space and lots of hangers (something that always makes me happy). The area is exceptionally clean, lovely garden areas and very little noise. Theres lots of parking either in the car park or on the road. Some things that would help improve but did not spoil my experience.... There are very few cooking utensils, a chopping board, sharp knife, wine glasses and mugs would be nice. Softer towels would also be appreciated. We had to pay a deposit for the tv remote and there are only basic channels - being able to sign onto apps such as Netflix would be handy. There is a charge for the safe - why? The safe box is in the room already so I can't understand why we have to pay extra for that. Finally we were greated on evening arrival by a welcoming receptionist, however when we visited during the day they were not so helpful. Infact, i felt i was putting them out by asking questions. Overall, a nice hotel with no frills. I would happily return. It is a little way out of Playa Blanca but we enjoyed the lovely walk along the amazing coastline to the Marina. Theres also some nice bars about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. "

"Host was constantly in touch and welcoming.We had a few things missing and new items were delivered to the villa the next morning.We loved the location of the villa. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was also quite spacious and lots of room outside. We didn't use the pool or the barbecue so can't comment on those."

"Villa was fantastic, superbly clean, welcoming, lovely comfortable furniture inside and out. The most comfortable bed ever ! Nothing to fault at all. Lesley’s communication was superb, nothing was to much trouble, management company were superb too. Lovely walk to the Marina along the broad walk."
