It was large family friendly apartment type resort. If you have 2 or 3 family gathering including several kids, and look for the cost efficient stay, this will be your good option. 1-

Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again.

Staff at the hotel are great very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but I did find a couple of long hairs on the bed but other than that it was spotless. There is plenty to do at the hotel with entertainment and wellness centre and bike hire. Amenities in the room are quite good but you need to hire iron from the reception for 10€ deposit. Same with pool towels. The only let down is the area around the hotel. It looks like wasteland in places and smells of sewage but luckily you can't smell it in the hotel. It's a nice hotel especially for the price. If I ever do come back to Lanzarote which I probably won't I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time visiting this hotel. It has a large territory, good size pools, beach is 15min walk or you can use their shuttle bus which leaves twice daily. Rooms were cleaned regularly. My favourite part tho, was the food. It was tasty and every night had a different theme.

The location is not walking distance to the town. The gym and spa facilities are dated. The room cleanness is poor - ants on the table, day after day despite they came to spray DDT. The food is very basic both at breakfast and dinner eg run mushroom and packaged cookies!

The rooms are really nice. The breakfasts are filling and absolutely delicious. The lunch and dinners are quite nice. There are 2 beaches nearby and lots of shops and restaurants. On Saturday mornings there is a market that you can go to. In the majority of the blocks is a small pool and they're very nice. There's also an adults only pool, and the main pool. The main pool has slides and a little splash park. Me and my family have really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

This has to be one of my favourite places to stay. I brought my husband , daughter and granddaughter. Many choices of pools, the staff were absolutely amazing and the accommodation were just perfect with a pool outside. My granddaughter has a new favourite place . Convenient for the beach ,bars and shops . I would definitely come back again .

Property is great but service is very poor. Food Service staff were great. However, our room was not cleaned for the duration of our stay. After we repeatedly called for cleaning, someone came and just changed the sheets one day. Floors, bathroom, kitchen bin nothing was cleaned. Very poor service.

Very good resort with kind staff and a wide range of amenities, including a grocery shop open late and several restaurants. The town is also accessible with a 10-minute walk. In my case, it was ideal for hiking during the day and enjoying a comfortable rest by the pool at the end of the day. Even though the resort provides a large range of shuttle services, renting a car is recommended as the resort is located on the far south of the island. One area of improvement could be the Wi-Fi, which is quite unstable for those needing it for professional purposes. Also, the area can be somewhat noisy, especially for rooms near the tropical dome. It’s not a major issue, but for those who need a perfectly quiet environment to sleep, it’s something to consider. Nevertheless, despite these last two points, the place is great and highly recommended!
