"I had a great stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to others. The property was very clean and well maintained, and my room was spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the hotel in excellent condition. Customer service was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their positive attitude really made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well organized. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. The location is also very convenient. The surrounding area felt safe, quiet, and comfortable, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"What a waste of money. The front desk staff was ridiculous. Super old hotel. Worst embassy suites I have ever stayed at."

"The room was clean but had a strong smoke odor. I let the front desk know the morning of checkout and we comped 10%. Not much but at least it was something. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was rude and passive aggressive. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name."

"Very modern, clean, spacious room. Walls could be a tad thicker so you dont have hear your neighbors having “ adult time”."

"Our stay was less than mediocre. First they lost my reservation, I was told prior to arrival that I could pay the deposit in cash and then at check in was told I had to pay the deposit with a card. I paid for my stay in full at check in and they continuously tried to charge my card for the entire stay amount every single night we were there. Our room was okay, we liked the layout but the sofa bed had no sheets on it and had food folded up into it. We had to go to the check in desk everyday to reactivate our key cards because they never worked. The pool was dirty and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, I was not impressed. We travel to the Detroit are often and definitely will not be staying here again."
